We have a policy of two mandatory Saturday's working in a month. Job Description:
Financial Reports: Preparation of monthly Financial Report & other various analysis reports for Board
Variance Analysis: Analyzing Actual vs Plan and highlighting early warning signals
Trend Analysis: Analyse current and past trends of KPIs and highlight impacts on revenue, direct cost, expenses and margins
Board Presentation: Preparation of monthly Board/Investors' Decks
Financial Planning - Active participation on annual budget and forecasting
FP&A SPOC: Supporting various Departments/Branch Heads with in-depth analysis providing critical inputs for decision making process
Ledger review: Identify errors assisting payable and receivables team on rectifying the errors
Rate Master: Review revenue/expenses computation with SLA/Agreements PO etc.
Revenue Recognition: Preparation/Review of revenue recognition process.
Books (GAAP) vs MIS (Non-GAAP) Review/Reconciliation
Book Closure: Coordinate with various department to collate input for monthly book closure
Any Adhoc analysis or report
Audit and Diligence support
