Job Description

1 Approval and Release/Reject of Raw material, Finished product and Packing material.
2 Approval of all QC related reports, SOPs, Protocols & Specifications.
3 Checking & Approval of art works, Shade cards, Item code requests, etc.
4 Maintaining of Stability, Validation & Lab support activities.
5 Approval of daily analysis plan & Monitoring of calibration Schedules etc.
6 Self Inspections and Conducting training to the concerned staff
7 Monitoring of stability studies, Approval of stability Data and evaluating Shelf life based on the data.
8 Vendor sample assessment & Approval / Rejection.
9 QC Inventory controls & Indents approval.
10 Handling of Software Application Programme system (SAP)
11 Empower data management Review and approvals.
12 Maintaining the GLP, Schedule L1 requirements and other legal requirements.
13 Any other Assignments Assigned by the QA head & CQA head.
14 Compliance to the Pharmacopoeia changes & revisions
15 Technology Transfer activities etc.
