Job Description
Walk in Interview Freshers/Software Testers [Exp :0-3 Yrs]

Should have trained and certified in ISTQB

Should have obtained 60% marks and above in the highest qualification.(B.E/B.Tech or MCA/M.Sc Computer Science).

Understand web application features / requirements and define Test Strategy, Test Plan and business scenarios.

Experience in manual testing.

Design business scenarios for manual testing.

Must have experience in Web application testing.

Knowledge/Experience in Automation/Performance testing.

Security testing experience is preferred.

Knowledge in Database testing .

Experience with QTP/VSTS/Selenium automation testing is preferred.

Develop and review flows for creating automation scripts as per approved business scenarios.

Conduct peer reviews for test scripts created by others.

Analyze results from the run and prepare scorecards.

Analyze potential performance issues provide analysis report.

Should have good knowledge on Software testing concepts & methodologies

Should be good in analytical skills and test case designing

Should have basic knowledge in Defect tracking concepts

Must have good written & verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a team as well as an individual

Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
