Description - Technical Support(Software Support)

Handle inbound queries pertaining the issues
Remotely resolving the issues
Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT
Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work load of L2 support team

Requirement :

*Freshers/Experienced can apply.
*Must be able to communicate fluently in English .
*Looking for both UG/PG .(in any discipline).
*Candidates with experience in handling support calls can apply.
