Job Description
1.Candidates With domestic recruitment experience are highly preferred.
2.Candidate with good experience in IT recruitment
3.Solid written communication and rapport building ability
4.Experience with a range of sourcing techniques from traditional to non-traditional methods
5.Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals, Head Hunting, References, Social media recruiting and Internal database.
6.Screening the candidates as per client requirement, doing end to end recruitment.
