Job Description

Responsibilities:
Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.)
Develops and maintains a high volume of referrals
Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline
Connecting with candidate to screens their suitability
Interfaces directly with the Hiring managers to gain understanding of position requirements and all aspects of the clients requirements and share it with the backend team and various suppliers
Follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics
Work within the technology platform (ATS) to track all aspects of the recruitment process for reporting purposes and talent management
Fully documents candidate information in applicant tracking system and ensure strong candidate engagement
Effectively review talent from all channels, moving qualified candidates to the Hiring managers for the next hiring process step
Good experience dealing with Suppliers/Vendors.
