Job Description:
1. Responsible for Creation and modification of Material and Customer masters.
2. Participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost effective customer service to the client
3. Performs tasks in line with the written procedures or assigned by senior staff under supervision. Deepening knowledge in one process or more
4. Balances priorities and time across team members in order to complete projects and tasks on target
5. Gathering the requirements (Which tables and fields are to be in MDM, roles, security, processes, validations, workflows, assignments etc
6. Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
7. Provide expert knowledge of enterprise master data in support of Business, Operations and Technology teams. Conducting UAT's and trainings
8. Develop MDM solutions for Workflows, de-duplication, validations etc
9. Designing the Repository in MDM & Creating the validations procedures & Business rules as per Business requirements
1. Candiate must be graduate from any recognized university in any stream
2. Must have work experience of 1 - 6 years in any of ITES organization in Master data Management
3. Excellent communication skills (Both Verbal & Written)
4. Expert in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.
5. Must have work experience of SAP ERP (Preferably in Master data Management domain)
6. Cross Module knowledge like MM, PP & SD for plug in MDM requirement & implementations with them
7. Must be flexible to work in different work shifts
8. Very good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and can do mentality
